I have never snowboard...

My objective : Find the right position, discover sliding, and become autonomous on a green slope. Use appropriate technical skills, choose the slopes adequate for your level, learn safety rules and control your speed.

I will learn how to : put in the snowboard, take it off, adjust my equipment, fall and stand up, slide down on one foot, take the lift, stop urgently, go down normal foot, go on reverse (fakie), turn back side and front side.

Warmly advised : wearing an helmet, back and wrist protections
