Children ski lessons in Valloire : an ideal and safe way of learning in our customized children's ski gardens !
In total serenity, as early as the age of 3, in the Piou Piou Clubs, we ensure that skiing becomes a pleasure, a game : in a safe area, special equipment is setting up for kids (snow rope, mini ski lifts and infaltable structures), instructors to supervise and teach tiny tots, a Piou-Piou Club medal at the end of the week. During the french holidays in February, only children up to 4.
For the children under 4, group lessons at lunchtime : 00.15pm to 2.15pm

If your child has never skied before, learn in security from 3 years old (4 years old during February holidays)
The instructor will look after your children from the age of 3 years old (4 yrs old during February school holidays) in a secure and specially designed area with a beginner drag lift

This is a tentative timetable that could be changed by ski instructors depending on number of kids and weather conditions.
Ski equipment is not provided. Please make the necessary arrangements.
For all children under 5, ski passes are free, which can be claimed from any ski pass office. Proof of age and passport photo required.
All children enrolled in ski lessons under 7 years old can have lunch at the nursery "Les Aiglons". Please book in advance ( 33 (0)4 79 59 03 98)

You are on vacation, so is your kid!!!
He will certainly discover a lot of new things : cold weather, snow, elevation, sun, efforts, slides and balance... He will need time to digest this new world...
Wearing him or her with warm clothes : warm underwears, waterproof gloves, hat, sun glasses, and sun cream. If the separation with your kid is difficult at the beginning of the course, keep som distance from the group to observe him. A jersey will be given to your kid on the first day, please keep it, your kid should wear it every day.
Your kid will be granted with a medal at the end of the week. You will be able to buy it at the ski school office, it costs 6€.
Meeting point :
Two different Piou-Piou clubs are available, depending of your location in the village :

"Ourson" in the center of the ski resort, in front of the main office

"Les P'tits Loups" in les Verneys and for our customers from les Chalets du Galibier (this club could be closed if there are not enough kids)
Valloire is certified "Famille Plus Montagne", as the resort is putting everything in place to welcome your kids.
Do not forget to "Ski clever" !
If your kid is under 4 years old, during the school holidays in February, you can opt for our lessons "special kids" : group lessons from Sunday to Friday from 00.15pm to 2.15pm from beginners level to gold star. A maximum of 10 kids per group : less people on the slopes means more ski ! Think of it !
