The success of a ski lesson depends on both you and the instructor :

• Please arrive on time at the meeting point with your lessons cards and ski pass, even for beginners class
• Althrough supervised by an instructor, during the ski lesson, you are responsible on your own actions
• Pupils are therefore responsible for their own security and the security of others

Practical information for parents 

PLEASE PROVIDE CHILDREN WITH AN HELMET

• Don't overestimate your child's level 
• Porvide children with lessoncard, tissues and a snack each day
• Don't forget warm gloves, hat, glasses and sun cream
• Don't follow children during the lesson and avoid talking to them
• Only the instructor is authorised to change a child from one class to another
• Be ther whan the classes finish
• Don't force your child : have one or two tries
• Lunch time : A ski instructor can bring your child to the "Aiglons" nursery for luch and fetch them back for the afternoon session. Please book in advance for the nursery on : 33 (0)4 79 93 98

Important : Programmes and lesson timetables might be modified during the course of the season by the ESF management.
Weather conditions and mechanical lift breakdowns cannot imputable to instructors.
The duration of your lesson could be reduced for reasons beyond our control. No refund is given with the exception of private lesson cancelled the day beforhand.
During the school holidays we only accept lesson booking for the whole week.
Lessons do not include ski insurance. Think about taking out the ski insurance "Carré Neige". Ask for more information !
